<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn es in der Adventszeit überall nach Plätzchen aus dem Ofen duftet, werden bei uns auch die Elisenlebkuchen selbst gebacken. Statt die Tüte aufzureißen, legen wir selbst Hand an und rühren nur beste Zutaten in Bio-Qualität zusammen. Als Ergebnis bekommen wir Elisenlebkuchen, die durchaus den Vergleich mit den besten Exemplaren aus meiner fränkischen Heimat nicht scheuen müssen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wenn man den Gang zum Biosupermarkt nicht scheut, um ordentliches Orangeat und Citronat zu bekommen, und einen Teil des Weihnachtsgelds in aromatischen Kokosblütenzucker investiert, wird man mit den ultimativ leckersten Elisenlebkuchen belohnt. Etwas Zeit muss Mann und Frau allerdings für das Spitzenprodukt erübrigen: der Teig muss jeweils 12 Stunden reifen bzw. antrocknen, bevor die edlen Teile den Weg in den Backofen nehmen dürfen.</p>
