<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In Zeiten von Corona ist vieles anders. Während wir von zu Hause arbeiten müssen, sind Kantine oder nahegelegene Restaurants geschlossen und können den Mittagshunger nicht stillen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wie gut, dass es unkomplizierte und leckere Rezepte gibt, die auch sehr schnell zu Hause &#8211; quasi nebenher &#8211; zuzubereiten sind. Insbesondere die Verwendung eines &#8222;Fertiggerichts&#8220; für die Hirsepfanne spart einiges an Aufwand und Zeit. Bei der verwendeten Bio-Marokkopfanne von <a href="https://www.davert.de/produkte/marokko-pfanne-170g" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Davert </a>muss sich aber niemand Gedanken um ungesunde Zusatzstoffe machen.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Wer also auf die leckeren levantinischen Gerichte von Meister Ottolenghi steht, sollte die Auberginen unbedingt probieren. Sehr lecker!</p>

So viel vom dickflüssigen Teig hineingeben, dass der Boden gut bedeckt ist. Von beiden Seite goldbraun backen.
